The Body Shop has undergone significant change over the years with changes in its parent owner, staff and systems and we’ve been privileged to help them along the way.

From an initial scoping phase for content production across multiple touchpoints and defining a rigorous QA process, we supported the global studio and creative teams find new ways of working.

The second phase saw us play an instrumental part on the rollout of a new CMS for eight country websites. We defined design templates and CMS best practices working closely with the product and UX teams, concluding in the rollout to all third party teams.

The third phase has seen us provide critical business support during the transition out of business administration. This has encompassed IP and licensing rights for third parties, Digital Asset Management contractual agreements and the migration to a new ecommerce platform. 

We have worked closely with Wellcom over a long period in various capacities, across numerous clients in differing contexts.

Initially artworking large campaigns for high end brands created by major ad agencies (BBH, Publicis, Havas, Wieden & Kennedy, TBWA amongst others) which ran on national and international newspapers.

We then moved into Quality Assurance defining processes and best practices building QA into creative production workflows. In addition we have provided digital creative production services across social, DOOH, web and display advertising for agency clients (such as Mother London and Droga5) for brands such as DPD, Genesis, Hyundai, KFC & Uber.

EG+

We provided digital lead services into the EG+ London studio team. Working across major brands such as Lloyds Banking Group (HBOS), Mercedes and Sony, we initially provided display advertising development support prior to helping run the team of developers.

Additionally, we brought motion capability to a team which did not have that skillset and were consequently able to use After Effects to define motion for display to gain client sign off. This was important due to the display ads being dynamically built, and so defining motion before build saved time and cost.

We also supported the Project Management team in defining a new suite of ads for HBOS.
